Research and Biography
PhD and Publications

I achieved a PhD in Cryobiology (Low-Temperature Biology) and Genetics at the University of Bedford in collaboration with the Wellcome Trust Genome Campus, Cambridge. My research enabled me to understand the biology of reproductive cells, the process of “freezing” eggs, sperm, and embryos and become an internationally recognised expert in Cryobiology.
I published many papers in leading academic journals and several book chapters. I am the co-editor of the research volume "Challenging Cases in Reproductive Medicine and IVF" (Oxford University Press, forthcoming 2021). I am regularly invited to give lectures at international conferences and present to patient groups.
My research has been recognised and praised by various international scientific societies. Furthermore, I have researched and published on fertility preservation for cancer patients, early pregnancy, and IVF/ICSI treatment.
